Join the Collective
Harvest Moon Collective began with bees, honey, and a belief that food can heal. Our first active product line is Petal to Hive, beginning with small-batch Maryland wildflower honey from our Finksburg hives.
We are building the next phase: microgreens, mushrooms, zero-waste preservation, Harvest Moon Shares, education, and a broader Collective Partner Network.
A collective is not a company with a mission statement. It is people who decided that doing this together was the only way it actually works.
Local growers. Makers. Beekeepers. Chefs who source with intention. Families who want to know where their food comes from. Educators who believe food literacy matters. Neighbors who grow more than they need and share what is left.

Small-batch wildflower honey from our Finksburg hives. Available in limited quantities through the current preview waitlist.
The first honey story is already specific: raw, local, seasonal Maryland forage, limited harvest volume, and batch-based traceability that can expand as the system grows.
Explore Petal to Hive
Food shared because someone needed it and we had it. No application. No explanation required. That is the only reason there needs to be.

The Founding 50 are recognized permanently — the people who committed when all we had was a plan, some hives, and the conviction that neighbors should feed neighbors.
What Does Collective Mean?
A collective is not a company with a mission statement. It is people who decided that doing this together was the only way it actually works.
We share resources, knowledge, and supply. We bring what we grow to the people who need it most. We build something here that can be replicated anywhere someone believes in it enough to try.
